The U.S. women's team is gearing up for the 2026 World Championships Selection Event, slated to take place from September 30 to October 1 at FlipFest in Crossville, Tennessee. Gymnastics Now will provide live updates throughout the event, ensuring fans stay updated on this pivotal competition.

The selection process for the championships will see the top two all-around performers from Day 1 automatically earn spots on the world team. Their selection will be determined based on a scoring system that weighs 60% from the current selection event and 40% from overall performances in previous championships. The remaining three team members will be selected using discretionary criteria after the conclusion of Day 2. Additionally, one traveling alternate and one non-traveling alternate will be appointed.
