Presbyterian College Women’s Wrestling Team Set for First Tournament
ADRIAN, Mich. – The #5 ranked Presbyterian College women’s wrestling team is gearing up for their first tournament of the 2025-26 season, poised to compete at the Adrian Invitational on Sunday, November 9, at 10:00 AM.
Presbyterian College (PC) comes into this tournament after a dominant start in dual meets, winning three matches by a staggering 118 points. The team is set to face a competitive field of 15 colleges, including familiar adversaries such as Sacred Heart, Campbellsville, and Frostburg State.
Strong Performance in Dual Play
In their last dual matches against Allen, Newberry, and Huntingdon, the Blue Hose showcased an impressive performance, securing victories with a minimum margin of 37 points in each match. Out of 30 standard matches contested during these duals, PC suffered only a single defeat, further solidifying their reputation this season.
- PC’s roster features seven nationally-ranked wrestlers, who collectively achieved a flawless record of 13-0 in these competitions.
- The team has now claimed victory in 11 of their last 13 duals dating back to the previous spring season.
