Radcliffe Heavyweight Rowing Concludes Fall Season at the Foot of the Charles Regatta

On a chilly and overcast morning in Cambridge, Massachusetts, Radcliffe Heavyweight Rowing wrapped up its 2025 fall season by participating in the renowned Foot of the Charles Regatta. Competing against local teams, including Boston University, Northeastern University, and Boston College, Radcliffe showcased its strength by entering four boats in the Women’s 8+ event.

Top Performances

The standout for Radcliffe was the B-crew, which clinched first place with a time of 14:11.6. The boat, coxed by Bridget Kondrat, included team members Amelia Clark (8), Sophie Haisman (7), Isabel Llabres Diaz (6), Kathryn Serra (5), Meena Baher (4), Lindsey Brail (3), Lola Dahan (2), and Jaqueline Stjernfeldt (1). Their performance narrowly beat Boston University’s A-boat, which finished in second with a time of 14:13.9.

Additional Results

Radcliffe’s A-crew also performed admirably, securing a third-place finish overall with a completion time of 14:20.9. This crew featured coxswain Isabelle Goldstein, alongside rowers Claudia Chadwick (8), Erin Hanrahan (7), Sophie Barr (6), Alexia Fayd’herbe de Maudave (5), Jenna Kempster-Taylor (4), Anika Holtey (3), Grace De Vita (2), and Francesca Gardella (1).

Other Crews

The Radcliffe C-boat finished in the top 10, taking 10th place with a time of 14:57.6, guided by coxswain Talia Natterson and supported by Orla Harvey (8), Adela Garcia Rodenas (7), Aurelia Elliott (6), Lily Farden (5), Eleanor Baker (4), Viktoria Ekstrand (3), Christine Papaioannou (2), and Vivi Sun (1).

The D-crew, under the leadership of coxswain Nikhita Mandapaka, crossed the finish line in 13th place, clocking in at 15:18.3. This crew included Rachel Egan (8), Araminta Gaitskell (7), Kaia Thomas (6), Beatrix Lay (5), Ella Digilio (4), Susanna Soelberg (3), Olivia Sullivan (2), and Jessie Johnson (1).

Looking Ahead

With the fall season now concluded, Radcliffe Heavyweight Rowing is set to transition into winter training as they prepare for the upcoming 2026 spring competition schedule.
