The inaugural conference began as a roundtable discussion in Dallas in 2003, and the organization became officially recognized in 2004, leading to the establishment of its own standalone annual events.
Gallup emphasized the organization’s commitment to fostering career growth for women in various HVACR roles, including technicians, sales, management, and ownership. “We believe in achievement through teamwork… Our annual conference is a celebration of that leadership,” she stated.
