Stony Brook Women’s Soccer Announces 2025 Schedule
STONY BROOK, N.Y. — The Stony Brook women’s soccer team has officially released its schedule for the 2025 season, featuring an exciting lineup of 10 home matches. The journey towards reclaiming the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) title starts at LaValle Stadium on August 14.
Kickoff Details
The season commences at home with a match against UMass Lowell on August 14. Following this, the Seawolves will travel to face UConn on August 17 before returning home for consecutive games against Quinnipiac on August 21 and La Salle on August 24.
Non-Conference Matches
Stony Brook will wrap up its non-conference slate with two away matches against New Haven on August 28 and Colgate on August 31. This will be succeeded by home encounters against New Hampshire on September 7 and Yale on September 11.
CAA Competition Begins
The Seawolves’ CAA journey kicks off on September 18 with a home game against Campbell. The conference schedule continues with additional home matches against Elon on September 21, Towson on October 2, and Drexel on October 5.
Key Road Games
Significant away games during the CAA season include matches at Monmouth on September 28, Northeastern on October 12, Charleston on October 16, and UNCW on October 19.
Regular Season Finale
Stony Brook’s regular season concludes at home when they host Hofstra on October 26, a matchup against their Long Island rivals.
