Kat Suchet, a former athlete, found a new passion in CrossFit as she transitioned into her 30s. Eager to challenge herself, she quickly immersed herself in functional fitness.
“I made it to the European Championships, but I wanted to get to Regionals, and I think I was a bit late. I was 32 and everyone there was so much bigger and better than me, so it was so hard to catch up,” Suchet remarked.
During her competitive journey, Suchet faced amenorrhea, a condition that signifies the absence of menstruation. This experience ignited her passion for women’s health and fitness education.
Suchet’s mission now extends to empowering women in all life phases, encouraging them to embrace fitness while being informed about their health.
