Coaching Insights
Reflecting on the match, Lions head coach Will Condon stated, “We started off well and did a good job of applying pressure with our serve, but defensively we could not capitalize consistently enough. We forced them to make adjustments, but we were unable to counter them. They do a good job of consistently applying pressure and were able to turn those into runs of points. We will need to respond better tomorrow. I think we showed we can make them uncomfortable at times, but we have to do a better job of taking advantage of it.”
Next Match
