Final Round Highlights at the Golfweek Fall Challenge
PAWLEYS ISLAND, S.C. – The Coastal Carolina women’s golf team concluded the Golfweek Fall Challenge with a strong performance on Tuesday, completing the final round with a score of 287. This effort placed them at three-over par for the tournament, securing a fourth-place finish overall. The event was won by Charlotte, who finished at seven-under par. Among the four participating Sun Belt schools, Coastal Carolina achieved the highest ranking.
Player Performances
Leading the Chanticleers was Varatkarn Kunkaew, who impressed by finishing in a tie for seventh place with a score of one-under par after carding a 71 in the last round. Notably, Carla Bourdeaux made her debut with Coastal by tying for 13th and completing the tournament at one-over par.

Looking ahead, the Coastal Carolina women’s golf team will travel to Toledo, Ohio, for their next competition at the Inverness Intercollegiate on September 15-16.
