PROVIDENCE, R.I. – In the latest week two rankings released by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA), the Brown women’s cross country team has achieved a commendable 12th position in the Northeast Region. This marks a notable rise of two spots from their previous ranking of 14th.

The Bears are among six Ivy League institutions that have made it into the top 15 of the Northeast Region rankings, highlighting the competitive spirit and prowess of Ivy athletics.

Brown last took to the trails at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational on September 20th and is set to compete again this Friday, October 3, at the Paul Short Run taking place in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

BROWN UNIVERSITY SPORTS FOUNDATION

The Brown University Sports Foundation (BUSF) plays a pivotal role in supporting the athletic programs at Brown, enhancing the overall experience for student-athletes. Contributions from alumni, parents, fans, and friends are crucial to this endeavor. Donations help the Brown Bears succeed academically and athletically, fostering growth in both competition and community engagement. For further details on how you can contribute, click here.
