Mikie Sherrill Secures Key Endorsements from Prominent National Women’s Organizations

BLOOMFIELD—In a significant show of support, Congresswoman Mikie Sherrill has gained the endorsement of three leading women’s advocacy groups as she campaigns for Governor of New Jersey. The organizations—Latina Civic PAC, Vote Mama, and the National Women’s Political Caucus—join a growing list of supporters, including EMILYs List and the Democratic Task Force of the Women’s Political Caucus of New Jersey.

Support from Latina Civic PAC

Latina Civic PAC, known for promoting Latina representation in government, has officially backed Sherrill for the Democratic nomination. The organization is influential in both fundraising and voter engagement across the state. Noemi Velazquez, chair of the endorsements committee for Latina Civic PAC, highlighted Sherrill’s experience and commitment to diversity:

Vote Mama, the first political action committee dedicated to electing and supporting Democratic mothers, has also expressed its backing for Sherrill. Liuba Grechen Shirley, founder and CEO of Vote Mama, underscored the importance of cultivating family-focused policies:
