Empowering Women Through Fitness at Warrington Wolves Stadium
The exciting “Pow-Her of the Pack” sessions, guided by the inspiring Clare Mannion and supported by the enthusiastic Emily Tandy, commenced at the Warrington Wolves Halliwell Stadium on March 18.
Growing Participation
The inaugural session welcomed over 30 women, and just a week later, attendance surged to more than 50 participants for the second gathering.
Engaging Activities and Community Spirit
Clare shared her excitement about the second session on March 25, where the theme was a Scrum and Strike workout. She noted:
“Over 50 of you showed up and worked out. We focused on our strength but also our social well-being. Together, we laughed, chatted, and even sang while breaking a sweat!”
Clare emphasized the supportive atmosphere, stating,
“We encouraged each other with a heartfelt Pack Down at the end, full of pats on the back and cheers. I want to see our Pack grow stronger, so keep spreading the word! Every penny raised contributes to the Warrington Wolves Foundation.”
Join the Movement!
The sessions are held every Tuesday from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM, each time featuring a new and exciting theme. The upcoming session on April 1 will highlight “Big Sam’s Bootcamp.”
These sessions are priced at just £3 per person and operate on a pay-as-you-go basis, eliminating the need for any long-term commitments. They are designed to foster fitness in a friendly, community-oriented environment.
All proceeds directly benefit the Warrington Wolves Foundation, which actively supports numerous community initiatives in Warrington.
