The forum aims to achieve several key objectives that target the professional growth of student-athletes:

  • Educate participants on aligning personal strengths with career opportunities.
  • Provide practical experiences to advance their aspirations in the sports field.
  • Explore professional development strategies to facilitate the transition into sports careers.
  • Delve into the roles of intercollegiate coaches, athletics administrators, and national governing body staff members.
