GLENDALE, AZ — Authorities are responding to a serious incident involving an SUV that crashed into a dialysis center on Saturday morning. The accident took place at approximately 7 a.m. at the Fresenius Kidney Care Glendale Town Center, located near the intersection of 43rd Avenue and Peoria Avenue.

According to Glendale police, two women were struck by the vehicle and have been transported to a local hospital, where they are in critical condition. Emergency responders, including police and firefighters, were quickly on the scene to assist.

Images from the site show a black SUV completely embedded within the dialysis facility. Thankfully, the driver of the SUV remained at the scene and has cooperated with authorities. Preliminary assessments suggest that impairment was not a contributing factor in the accident.

Further investigations are underway as officials look into the circumstances surrounding this unfortunate event.
