She Runs 2025: The Premier Women’s Fitness Event Returns

Mark your calendars for November 2, 2025, as the highly anticipated She Runs event makes its return to the UAE. Held at Expo City Dubai, this will be the 12th edition of what is recognized as the largest women’s fitness celebration in the region.

A New Name, A Fresh Perspective

Formerly known as the Women’s Run, the event has taken on a new name to signal a broader movement. The rebrand emphasizes inclusivity, welcoming participants of all ages and fitness levels. The theme for this year—“For Voices. For Connection. For Change.”—aligns with the UAE’s focus on community initiatives.

Multiple Race Categories for All Levels

Participants can choose from a variety of race distances, including:

• 1 kilometer
• 3 kilometers
• 5 kilometers
• 10 kilometers

Additionally, there is a special track reserved for young girls, ensuring that everyone has a chance to participate.

Exciting Pre-Race Events and Registrations

The She Runs Power Hour will also return this year, featuring an energetic lineup of motivational talks, outreach programs for schools and corporate teams, and group warm-ups. Registration is currently open, with fees starting at just AED 26.25. Participants will also benefit from hydration stations along the route to ensure they stay energized throughout the race.
