Evan Parker Memorial Tournament Preview
The Saint Francis women’s golf team is set to participate in the Evan Parker Memorial tournament this weekend, hosted by Mercyhurst. The event will take place at Lake View Country Club in North East, Pennsylvania, on October 5-6. Teams will engage in 18 continuous holes across both days.
Competing Teams
In addition to the Red Flash, other participating teams include Manhattan, Niagara, La Salle, and Maryland Eastern Shore. The Red Flash lineup for this tournament features players McKenzie Gustas, Robbin Zetrouer, Camille Gagnon, Bryn Sorge, Abigail McCorkell, and Samantha Przybys.
Last Performance Synopsis
In their last outing, McKenzie Gustas led the team with a total score of 152 (+8), which included rounds of 74 and 78. Gustas achieved 25 pars and two birdies over 36 holes. Camille Gagnon accompanied her with a strong finish, placing ninth overall with a score of 153 (+9), comprising rounds of 77 and 76, along with 22 pars and three birdies. Other notable performances included Robbin Zetrouer (16th place, 156), Bryn Sorge (20th place, 158), Meghan Zambruno (25th place, 161), and Abigail McCorkell (37th place, 168). The Red Flash concluded the tournament in third place overall. Individual participants also included Samantha Przybys (47th place, 188), Sophia Buday (48th place, 195), and Marlana Krug (49th place, 223).
Future Competitions
Following this event, the Red Flash will compete in their home event, the Red Flash Invitational, scheduled for October 5-6 at Sunnehanna Country Club in Johnstown, Pennsylvania.

The team has recently added Ciara McLaughlin and Robbin Zetrouer to their roster for the 2025-2026 season.
Coaching Background
Head Coach Cindy Cascino is currently in her fifth season of her third tenure with the Red Flash, totaling 13 seasons as head coach. Previously, she led the women’s golf team from 2005 to 2012, returned for the 2017 season, and resumed her role in 2020. Under her leadership, the Red Flash captured two consecutive Northeast Conference (NEC) Championships in 2006 and 2007 and consistently ranked in the top three during her initial four years in Loretto. Additionally, Cascino’s son, Lukas, has joined the men’s golf team for the 2023-24 season.
