Lex Therien, a graduate forward from Loyola Maryland, achieved Player of the Week honors after delivering an impressive statistical performance during the past week. She averaged 23.0 points, 9.5 rebounds, 2.5 assists, 3.0 steals, and 1.0 blocks per game. Notably, Therien marked her 50th career double-double during a victory against Yale, solidifying her status as one of the league’s elite players.
In a standout performance of her own, Leigh Edwards, a freshman forward, scored a game-high 22 points on 8-of-13 shooting during a pivotal win over Drexel, further contributing to her accolades as Rookie of the Week.
