Women in technology are leveraging emerging innovations like AI to improve their professional experiences. As they adopt generative AI, they not only bolster their careers but also contribute to shaping technology’s future while cultivating an inclusive work culture. Ensono’s Chief People Officer, Meredith Graham, emphasized this shift, noting that the integration of these technologies is critical for advancing in the workplace.
Many women are taking the initiative to mentor and train their colleagues on AI tools, further strengthening their leadership roles within their organizations. Over 75% of respondents expressed aspirations to move into management positions, despite only 13% currently holding managerial roles.
Ambition extends to the executive level as well, with more than 80% of women aspiring for executive leadership roles. Their drive is motivated by a desire for new challenges and the potential for increased earnings.
Graham remarked on the significant impact of women’s expertise with AI technologies, allowing them to lead projects and effectively incorporate AI solutions into business strategies. For women to maintain a competitive edge in technology and adapt to the evolving workplace, it is essential to embrace and comprehend these advancements.
