Coaching Insights
Head coach Adam Summitt shared his thoughts on the team’s performance during the tournament. “Really solid first weekend out of the team,” Summitt stated. “You never know what to expect going into the first one, but we competed well. Nina and Grace played great to win their respective flights. I felt a lot of us had jitters but eased up as the tournament went on. This was a great first step for us and something to build on for the future,” he added.
Upcoming Events
Looking ahead, the Mavericks will host a home meet at the Omaha/Creighton Invite, scheduled for September 26-27 at the Koch Tennis Center. This event promises to be another opportunity for the team to showcase their talents and build on their recent successes.
