In a remarkable display of athleticism and teamwork, the University of Oklahoma secured its seventh title at the 2025 NCAA Women’s Gymnastics National Championships. With a final score of 198.0125, the Sooners triumphed over strong contenders, including UCLA, Missouri, and Utah, in a highly competitive championship final.

2025 NCAA Women’s Gymnastics Championships Overview

The NCAA Women’s Gymnastics Championships brought together a total of 36 teams, selected based on their national qualifying scores. The NCAA Women’s Gymnastics Committee organized the teams into a bracket, seeding the top 16 while placing the rest based on regional locations. Participants also included 12 all-around competitors and 64 individual event specialists who did not qualify as part of a team.

Final Championship Events

During the championship, the semifinal rounds for teams, all-around competitors, and individual event specialists were held over two sessions. The two teams with the highest scores in each semifinal progressed to the final championship round. The overall team title was determined by the highest cumulative team score across five events.
