HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) – Authorities in north Harris County discovered the bodies of two women during a welfare check at an apartment complex late Tuesday night. The incident took place at the Wind Song Village Apartments on Hirschfield Road, following a report from a concerned neighbor.
Deputies from Pct. 4 responded to the scene after a neighbor expressed worry about numerous flies observed in one of the units. Upon entering the apartment, the officers found two women unresponsive. One woman was estimated to be in her 50s, while the other was believed to be in her 70s.
