Renowned actress Malaika Arora is celebrated not only for her work in the entertainment industry but also for her dedication to a healthy lifestyle. On Thursday, Malaika provided followers with a glimpse into her fitness journey through a series of Instagram stories. One prominent post featured her practicing yoga by a serene lakeside, accompanied by a caption that read: “Early to bed, early to rise. My happy place.”

In another story, she showcased her “perfect breakfast,” which consisted of a nutritious omelet along with other health-conscious food choices. Additionally, she mentioned her use of oxygen therapy to support her overall well-being.
