In the final round, Yamashita carded a closing score of 70, successfully fending off a late push from Hull, whose efforts fell short. Hull concluded her tournament with three 5s, leading to a tied finish in second place with Katsu, both at 9-under 279.
Top Performers and Prize Distribution
Rio Takeda and A Lim Kim secured joint fourth place by finishing at 7-under 281. Yamashita’s triumph awarded her a substantial prize of $1,462,500, part of the event’s total purse of $9,750,000.

The 2025 AIG Women’s Open featured a cut after the first 36 holes, allowing 71 players, including three amateurs, to complete the tournament over the full 72 holes. This event represented the 20th tournament of the LPGA Tour season, continuing a streak of no repeat winners thus far in 2025.
