Morgan Asset Management is excited to share the appointment of Aaron Mulvihill as an executive director and global market strategist focused on alternative investments, joining the firm’s Market Insights team. Operating from New York, Mr. Mulvihill will collaborate closely with Gabriela Santos, Chief Global Market Strategist for the Americas. His role will be instrumental in the development and enhancement of the firm’s important publications, including the Guide to Alternatives and the “Alternative Realities” podcast, along with various thought leadership initiatives surrounding private markets.
Mr. Mulvihill transitions to J.P. Morgan Asset Management from CRH, a prominent global provider of infrastructure solutions headquartered in Atlanta, GA. At CRH, he played a key leadership role in managing teams within portfolio companies, spearheading financial operations for an infrastructure division, and overseeing more than 25 manufacturing facilities along the East Coast that produced essential building materials for water and energy systems. His prior experience includes working in the M&A division at CRH, along with a consulting role at KPMG within their transaction advisory team.

Biography
Aaron Mulvihill now serves as a Global Market Strategist within J.P. Morgan Asset Management’s Market Insights Team located in New York, where he focuses on alternatives. He delivers financial and economic analysis to institutional and retail clients nationwide, backed by a wealth of expertise in global finance and operations.
Starting his journey at CRH’s M&A team in 2012, Aaron specialized in infrastructure investments across Eastern Europe, including projects in Ukraine. His career also saw him undertaking roles in Amsterdam and Australia, where he was involved in mergers and acquisitions, strategic initiatives, and post-acquisition integrations. In 2019, he shifted to the U.S. to lead financial operations for CRH’s infrastructure division in Atlanta, managing 25 manufacturing facilities, and later transitioned into operational leadership across multiple states, including Connecticut, North Carolina, and New York.
Aaron launched his career with KPMG in Moscow, where he focused on financial due diligence and provided advisory services for cross-border investments in the former Soviet Union, contributing to notable projects in the energy and mining sectors.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in European Studies from Trinity College Dublin, holds the CFA Charter, and is a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA).
