With a triumphant 2024 season behind them that culminated in winning the Ivy League championship and a spot in the 2025 NCAA Regionals, Princeton University is gearing up for the 2025-26 women’s golf season. The Tigers will welcome three exceptional newcomers to their roster, poised to build on the momentum of their recent success.
These talented athletes arrive with impressive credentials from the amateur golf circuit, boasting victories on the AJGA Tour and notable placements in prestigious national competitions.
The incoming class has already achieved significant milestones, which include:
- Qualification for the 2025 U.S. Women’s Open
- Winning the U.S. Women’s Amateur Four-Ball championship
- Securing Rolex Junior All-America selections
- Advancing to Match Play at the U.S. Women’s Amateur
- Competing in an LPGA Tour event
In terms of national ranking, this group has been recognized as the sixth-best collegiate recruiting class in the country according to CollegeGolfCommits.com.

Introducing the Class of 2029
Thanana Kotchasanmanee
Hailing from Chiang Mai, Thailand, and attending Darlington School, Thanana has made her mark in junior golf, achieving a ranking as high as 178th in the World Amateur Golf Rankings. Her accomplishments include:
- Two-time Rolex Junior All-America Team selection
- Round of 32 at the 2024 U.S. Girls Junior Amateur
- Match Play at both the 2023 U.S. Women’s Amateur and the U.S. Junior Women’s Amateur
- Victory at the 2024 LNGA Amateur
Her competitive edge is highlighted by her second-place finish at the 2022 AJGA PING Invitational and a fourth-place finish at the Girls Junior PGA Championship.
Sarah Lim
From Saratoga, California, and a product of Saratoga High School, Sarah’s credentials include qualifying for the 2025 U.S. Women’s Open and reaching the Round of 32 at the 2024 U.S. Women’s Amateur. Other accolades comprise:
- Champion of the 2024 U.S. Women’s Amateur Four-Ball alongside partner Asterisk Talley
- Multiple Top-5 finishes in AJGA events, including two Top-10 placements
- Second place at the 2025 Mizuno West Classic
- A strong performance at various AJGA tournaments with several high finishes
Luna Lu
Residing in Burnaby, British Columbia, and attending Burnaby North High School, Luna is another promising talent. Her history includes qualifying for the 2023 CPKC Women’s Open on the LPGA Tour and the 2024 U.S. Junior Girls Championship. Her achievements include:
- Winning the British Columbia Junior Championship
- Securing four AJGA titles, including the 2024 K.J. Choi Foundation Texas Junior Championship
- A notable second place at the 2023 Canadian Junior Girls Championship
