Honoring Innovators in Pharmacy
Anna Barwick MPS, a dedicated pharmacist from New South Wales, received the prestigious Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM) in the 2025 Australia Day Honours.
Pioneering Change in Pharmacy
Ms. Barwick is the visionary founder of PharmOnline, a groundbreaking platform that connects patients in remote regions of Australia with essential pharmacy services. A prominent figure in pharmacy academia from Walcha, NSW, she has also made significant contributions as a member of the PSA’s NSW Branch Committee, serving as vice-president from 2014 to 2020.

Ms. Barwick has long been recognized in her field, previously honored as the recipient of the PSA’s Pharmacy Shark Tank award and named NSW Pharmacist of the Year in 2021. We are thrilled to see her achievements celebrated at the national level.
