Creighton Women’s Golf Team Excels at York Invitational
York, Nebraska — The Creighton Premier Women’s Golf team concluded their participation in the York Invitational, hosted by York College, with noteworthy performances across their 36 holes of competition. The team finished in 5th place among seven participating teams, achieving a total score of 928 (+188).
Top Performers
Highlighted by several strong individual scores, three Creighton golfers placed in the top 15, contributing significantly to the team’s overall success:
- Olivia Doig: Led the team with an impressive score of 174 (+26), earning a tied-7th place finish individually. Doig also achieved the lowest round for Creighton on the second day, carding an 84 (+10).
- Molly Brennan: Finished in a tie for 12th place with a score of 177 (+29), showcasing steady play throughout the tournament.
- Julian Brown: Secured a tied-14th position with a score of 180 (+32), rounding out the team’s strong individual performances.

The remaining players also contributed valuable scores, including:
- Zoe Martinez: Finished with a score of 191 (+43).
