Qualifiers for the Women’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match Confirmed
As WWE approaches its highly anticipated Premium Live Event, Money in the Bank, significant movements are occurring within the women’s division. The event is scheduled for June 7 at the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles, California.
The scene began with the women’s qualifying matches that kicked off on SmackDown, where Alexa Bliss secured her place in the ladder match by defeating Chelsea Green and Michin.
Latest On Monday Night RAW
This week’s episode of Monday Night RAW featured additional qualifying bouts, with General Manager Adam Pearce announcing two triple-threat matches for female superstars.
First Triple-Threat Match
The opening contest included Becky Lynch, Natalya, and newcomer Roxanne Perez. In a compelling display of skill, the match took a dramatic turn when Lyra Valkyria interfered, providing the distraction necessary for Roxanne Perez to capitalize. Perez executed her finishing move, Pop Rox, on a distracted Natalya to clinch her spot in the Money in the Bank ladder match.
Second Triple-Threat Match
The second contest featured Zoey Stark, Rhea Ripley, and the returning Kairi Sane. Unfortunately, the match quickly shifted focus after Stark was injured during a top-rope maneuver, transforming the affair into a singles bout. Ultimately, Rhea Ripley triumphed over Kairi Sane, executing her finisher, The Riptide, to claim the third qualification for the ladder match.
Future Qualifiers
Looking ahead, the upcoming episode of SmackDown is set to continue the qualification process. Charlotte Flair, Zelina Vega, and Giulia are slated to compete in another high-stakes triple-threat match. With three spots filled, fans eagerly anticipate which additional superstars will join the quest for the coveted briefcase that can drastically alter a WWE career.
