The Women’s Health Webinar Series, initiated by World Aquatics in April 2025, aims to foster open discussions surrounding the menstrual cycle and create supportive environments for athletes. The inaugural session attracted 394 participants globally and included interactive segments featuring live discussions and Q&A sessions.
The second webinar, held in July, drew nearly 250 participants, facilitating an engaging exploration of practical strategies for managing menstrual symptoms specifically in aquatic sports. Attendees participated in interactive polls to share their experiences, emphasizing commonly encountered symptoms and their timing.
