  • Vitamin B Complex: Essential for neurotransmitter production, B vitamins—particularly B6, B9 (folate), and B12—are vital for maintaining healthy moods. These supplements can be particularly helpful for women experiencing mood swings or fatigue.
  • Omega-3 Fatty Acids: Found in fish oil and flaxseed oil, omega-3s support brain health and may alleviate symptoms of anxiety and depression.
  • Adaptogenic Herbs: Herbs such as ashwagandha and rhodiola aid in stress management by helping control cortisol levels.
