11th Annual Bellin Women’s Half Marathon and 5k Held in Green Bay
GREEN BAY, Wis. – On Saturday, the vibrant community of Green Bay came together for the 11th annual Bellin Women’s Half Marathon and 5k. This cherished event celebrates female athletes and is recognized as the only premier road race focused on women in northeast Wisconsin.

The Bellin Women’s Half Marathon, initiated in 2015, aims to empower female runners while raising funds for local women’s initiatives through the Women’s Fund of Greater Green Bay. “It’s a great race, it’s really nice to have a women’s race. I know men can run it as well, but it’s actually empowering to just see a lot of women on the course, it’s super nice and super encouraging,” said Rani Ferrier from Ashwaubenon.
“Just seeing all the women out here supporting each other is amazing, it’s something that I’ve enjoyed doing,” remarked Heather Biese of Freedom.
