Empowerment Through Advocacy

The upcoming Women in STEM Cyprus Summit, titled “Voices of Change,” is being co-organized by Women in Tech Cyprus and TechIsland. Scheduled for November 21, 2025, at The Loft Bar & Restaurant on the UNIC rooftop in Nicosia, this event aims to empower women in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.

Purpose and Goals

This year’s summit is particularly timely as global diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives face scrutiny. More than just a source of inspiration, the summit seeks to catalyze systemic change and ensure women’s contributions are recognized across various domains, including parliaments, boardrooms, laboratories, and educational institutions.

Agenda and Networking Opportunities

The summit will bring together influential leaders from politics, academia, and business to discuss barriers facing women in STEM and propose actionable policies for nurturing equality. Participants will also have the chance to engage in specialized workshops designed for women at all stages of their careers—from students to seasoned professionals and entrepreneurs.
