Entering her sixth year as Athletic Director for the Adams State Grizzlies, Smith has effectively led the department to maintain a consistent performance, including positioning among the top 20 in the Learfield Directors’ Cup standings from 2021 to the present.

With a robust background that includes serving as an assistant women’s basketball coach and athletic department business manager, Smith’s multifaceted experience enriches her capabilities as an athletic director. She currently serves on the NCAA men’s and women’s cross country committee, further showcasing her commitment to collegiate athletics.

Academic Excellence

Under Smith’s leadership, more than 520 student-athletes have achieved an average GPA exceeding 3.0, reflecting her commitment to fostering a supportive environment for both sports and academics.
