Meet the Medical Experts at Physicians to Women for 2025
Dr. Jamie Buck
Since 2012, Dr. Jamie Buck has been making significant contributions to Physicians to Women. Hailing from Pearisburg, Virginia, she completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology at Wake Forest University before earning her M.D. from the Medical College of Virginia. Dr. Buck specialized in OB/GYN during her residency at Wake Forest and is now Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys family time as a married mother of three girls, who keep her life vibrant and full of joy.
Dr. Jill Gaines
Joining the Physicians to Women team in 2009, Dr. Jill Gaines has a rich background in medicine. Born in San Antonio, Texas, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Nebraska at Kearney and later received her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Her residency in OB/GYN took place at Bethesda Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. An advocate for global health, Dr. Gaines has also provided medical care in various countries, including Belize, Nepal, Nicaragua, and India. She is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and shares her life with her husband and their three children, including twin boys.
Dr. Dianna L. Curtis
A long-serving member of Physicians to Women, Dr. Dianna L. Curtis has been with the organization since 2000. Originating from Bethesda, Maryland, she holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Biology from Virginia Commonwealth University, and she obtained her M.D. from Eastern Virginia Medical School. Completing her OB/GYN residency at Carilion Health System, Dr. Curtis is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Notably, she led the OB/GYN Department as Chief at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital between 2008 and 2009. Recognized multiple times by the Roanoker magazine as one of the leading OB/GYN doctors in the region, Dr. Curtis transitioned her focus to gynecological care in April 2024 after nearly 30 years in obstetrics. She looks forward to having more time for travel and reconnecting with family and friends.
Stephanie Quinn, WHNP-C
A dedicated native of Roanoke, Stephanie Quinn has been a valuable asset to Physicians to Women since 2004. She earned her undergraduate degree at Radford University and further pursued a Master of Science in nursing with a women’s health specialization at Virginia Commonwealth University. Known for her empathetic approach to women’s health, Stephanie has fostered trust within the community. Balancing her professional life with family, she is a mother of two and enjoys outdoor activities, such as hiking and kayaking, as well as exploring diverse cultures through travel, bringing fresh insights to her practice.
