PORTLAND, Ore. – The Boise State track and field team delivered outstanding performances at the Portland Twilight, where athletes shattered records and achieved personal bests.
Record-Breaking Performances
Kaiya Robertson made headlines by establishing a new school record in the women’s outdoor 1,500-meter, finishing with an impressive time of 4:10.15. Meanwhile, Tom Graham-Marr not only participated but also improved his own school record in the men’s 1,500 meters, clocking in at 3:38.78.
Top Performers
- Janiah Brown entered the Boise State all-time rankings with a stellar time of 2:05.00 in the women’s 800-meter, marking the fourth-fastest time in the program’s history.
- Tom Patrick also made a mark by achieving the fourth-fastest men’s 1,500m time for Boise State.
Overall Team Highlights
A total of seven Broncos recorded personal bests during the meet, contributing to the team’s overall success. The Broncos secured three podium finishes:
- Kaiya Robertson claimed first place in the women’s 1,500 meters.
