Moscow, Idaho – The Idaho Vandals Women’s Basketball team showcased an impressive performance during their home opener, defeating Walla Walla 94-39 at ICCU Arena on Sunday afternoon. This win marks a historical milestone in head coach Arthur Moreira’s era, highlighting both individual and team achievements.

After momentarily trailing 2-0, Idaho never looked back, controlling the pace throughout the match. With a final score of 94-39, it’s reported to be the largest margin of victory for the Vandals under Moreira, surpassing the previous record with a 56-point gap against CSUN in 2015.
