On September 4, Aviatra Accelerators is set to host its annual Flight Night at the iconic 20th Century Theater, located at 3021 Madison Road in Oakley, Ohio. This event serves as a platform to honor both established women entrepreneurs and promising newcomers in the business landscape.
Flight Night will highlight the finalists for the second annual Woman Entrepreneur of the Year Awards. Winners will be recognized in five distinct categories, celebrating the achievements of women who are influential in the regional business ecosystem. This annual awards ceremony is held in collaboration with the Cincinnati Business Courier.

Pitch Competition
In addition to the awards, Flight Night will feature a pitch competition showcasing local women-owned businesses participating in Aviatra’s Momentum Accelerator program. This program spans 12 weeks and equips entrepreneurs with the needed skills to enhance their business capabilities and foster growth. The pitch winner will receive a cash prize of $1,000, adding an exciting competitive element to the evening.
