Virgin Hotels Edinburgh has teamed up with Lālla, a sustainable women-led rug company, to decorate their chambers with exquisite handmade Moroccan rugs. Sourced through female weaving cooperatives in the Atlas Mountains, these rugs support local artisans and their stories. This collaboration not only employed 215 women but also created bespoke designs over an 18-month period, celebrating the artistry and empowerment of women in Morocco.
