According to the group, they were enjoying a peaceful moment for photographs when the woman intruded, making unsolicited remarks regarding their clothing choices. “You guys have your but* cheeks sticking out,” the woman reportedly exclaimed, raising her voice in an apparent attempt to gain the attention of others nearby.
In response to her comments, the Black women indicated they were prepared to confront her attitude, expressing their own frustrations. The woman continued to assert her viewpoint, further labeling their dresses as “very trashy,” which seemed to escalate the situation.
A man present with the woman, identified as her husband, attempted to mediate the confrontation by urging both parties to “relax,” but it was evident tensions were high.
