Kyle Snook Appointed New CEO of Axia Women’s Health

Voorhees, N.J. — June 16, 2025

Axia Women’s Health, a prominent independent organization dedicated to women’s healthcare, has announced the appointment of Kyle Snook as its new Chief Executive Officer as of June 16, 2025. He succeeds Gaurov Dayal, MD, who transitioned to a position on the Board of Directors earlier this year.

Leadership and Vision

“Kyle is an outstanding leader who brings a proven track record of driving growth, operational excellence, and profitability for independent physician practices,” commented Eileen Auen, lead Board Director at Axia Women’s Health. “His deep technical experience and commitment to expanding access to care, particularly for underrepresented populations, makes him an ideal fit for our team.”

Professional Background

Before joining Axia, Snook served as Chief Operating Officer at PRISM Vision Group, known for its extensive network of over 100 ophthalmology practices. His prior experience includes senior leadership roles at both Strive Health and DaVita. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from West Point and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. Additionally, Snook is a U.S. Army veteran, having served as a Combat Platoon Leader in the 101st Airborne Division, where he earned a Purple Heart for his service in Afghanistan.

Future Directions

Sujit John, Managing Director of Private Equity Health and Life at Partners Group, which is a majority investor in Axia Women’s Health, expressed enthusiasm regarding Snook’s leadership potential: “We are thrilled to have Kyle leading Axia Women’s Health during this critical stage of growth. His leadership will be vital as we work to expand Axia’s reach and enhance the quality of care for women across the nation.”

In his statement, Snook emphasized his commitment to the organization: “I’m honored to join Axia, an organization with such a strong legacy of providing excellent women’s healthcare. I look forward to building on this foundation and collaborating with our dedicated clinical and executive leadership team to promote Axia’s growth.”
