Arrow McLaren has announced a multi-year partnership with Women in Motorsports North America (WIMNA), marking a significant step toward fostering diversity within the motorsports industry.
Women with Drive Summit V
This collaboration will prominently feature Arrow McLaren’s involvement in the Women with Drive Summit V, hosted annually by WIMNA in Indianapolis. The summit aims to connect professionals, students, and leaders across the motorsport spectrum to create networking and mentoring opportunities. Scheduled for the week of the PRI Show in downtown Indianapolis, the event will include panels, breakout sessions, and special events designed to facilitate engagement among attendees.
Participation by Arrow McLaren Leadership
Arrow McLaren’s commitment to enhancing representation in motoring will be highlighted in 2024, when Team Principal Tony Kanaan will be speaking at the summit. Furthermore, the following year, Lauren Gaudion, Vice President of Marketing and Communications, will join the panel discussion titled ‘Breaking In: Non-Traditional Pathways into Motorsports.’

Kevin Thimjon, president of Arrow McLaren IndyCar, expressed the team’s recognition of the importance of a diverse skill set in advancing performance.
